The “meaning” you attach to a problem creates a response. Change the meaning and you get a different response. Yes! It’s that simple. With a little practice and by using specialized tools provided at the workshop, you’ll be looking at problems as important challenges and opportunities instead of doom and gloom scenarios.
In this workshop you will learn:
· How to identify and change negative thinking patterns
· How to step out of problems and view them in a more logical way (In other words, how to see the forest from the trees)
· What Contextual and Content Reframes are and how to use them to expand your thinking
· The importance of humor and how to use it to get unstuck and open minded
· The do’s and don’t of trying to reframe other peoples’ problems
· How to turn lemons into lemonade
